Chef Michael’s menus spotlight his cooking philosophy of keeping things simple. Working with quality sourced ingredients has helped create a unique modern menu of well prepared and great tasting comfort food by using straightforward uncomplicated cooking techniques to preserve the true flavor of quality ingredients in his innovative dishes that
resonate with today’s savvy diners.
